About AUM Crematorium

https://aumcrematorium.org

The Anoopam Mission is building a specialist Hindu Crematorium on the grounds of our existing Swaminarayan Temple. This will be UK’s first crematorium dedicated to the Hindu, Jain and Sikh communities. This project is inspired by Sant Bhagwant Sahebji, the respected spiritual leader of Anoopam Mission.

For over 50 years, the UK’s Hindu community has sought permission to construct a dedicated crematorium. After overcoming significant obstacles, this dream was realised when Anoopam Mission UK received landmark approval in December 2021 to build a state-of-the-art crematorium.

How to take part

The starting point will be from Anoopam Mission, Denham, UK continuing around the surrounding area.

There are four different distances to choose from: 4 Miles; 7 Miles; 10 Miles; 13.1 Miles (this can be selected in the registration form) and it would be great to have as many people as possible joining us (children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult).

This is your opportunity to participate in a historical event, have some fun and raise funds to construct the UK’s first Hindu Crematorium.
